"Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean, cozy and have all you need, including bathrobes! Check in (after business hours) instructions were easy to follow and clear. Excellent location. Close to restaurants and the main historical sites. We loved the Cafe Mingo around the corner that was perfect for breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. Would return."

"The room itself is nice. Shower is quite tight! Air Conditioning worked great and automatic shutters to keep the room dark were awesome. We thought the close proximity to the train station and main streets would be the reason for noise, however, whoever or whatever is above the accommodation is incredibly loud all hours of the day and night. This made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to stay for a quick trip in Florence."

"Cute bedroom with little balcony but didn’t like how the toilet is in with the shower. It was very small and made it slippery. It’s also a bit further out of the main area. Nice tea or coffee bar whenever you want it."

Room itself was clean and comfortable enoigh just to sleep and venture out in the city during the day. Breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel was limited.
