"The check in process was a little confuse since you have to go to another building on the 3rd floor to do it, that was a nightmare but then we walked to our house and the elevator was very small to fit all the luggage and we did a few rides until we get to the floor, the rooms were spacious and clean , air conditioning was very strong witch I like it and quiet room ."

"The location was close to the train station which was great. It had all the amenities that are not available in other locations. Like a private bathroom, A/C, and mini fridge. All of which made our stay way better. The staff was super nice and helpful as well. Would go back in the future."

"Pros: large rooms, air conditioned, kind of clean Cons: bathroom not air conditioned, shower leaks water, only a sheet on the bed no comforter, difficult to reach any kind of hotel staff for help."

"Upon entering into our room a noticed a strong fetid smell, we told the staff who said nothing was wrong and there was nothing they could do other than offer perfume to ease the smell. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to look for another hotel and had to stay. Also, the toilet tank was draining constantly and it was very very loud. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place or go back to it."

"This is a charming, small bed-and-breakfast with plenty of character. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent each morning. The property itself is well maintained, and we really have no complaints about the accommodations or service. The challenge, however, is the location. For one, the surrounding neighborhood lacks the cultural atmosphere, walkability, and culinary highlights that make Florence so special. There is also a major roadway...

"High point was the proximity to the historic center of the city centre. Accommodation was simple but just right. Breakfast minimal but sufficient."

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."
