"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"Amazing location, perfect Tuscan views from the property. Short drive to several medieval cities/towns. Restaurant at nearby sister property was excellent, just a short walk with similar views. "We didn’t stay, as per conversation with the agent of Expedia, we checked out a few minutes after the phone call with the agent of Expedia, the room is NOT as described on the Expedia web site, instead of a king bed they put two small single beds together. And the sofa was very very dirty. We tried many ways to contact the hotel, no response at all. We will claim to the small claim later next week."

"Our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The listing did not make it clear that an “External” room meant the bathroom was a SHARED single bathroom located on a different floor from the unit. While the staff was friendly and agreed to treat it as a private bathroom for an additional 10€ per night, the bathroom still remained unlocked and accessible to others.
