"Breakfast can add some greens or fruit, otherwise it’s delicious"

"Elisa and Simone were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect and in a great location. Highly recommend for exploring La Spezia and Cinq Terre."

"This was such an excellent place to stay. It is in a wonderful location, right off Santa Croce square, and was very clean, very comfortable, and probably the best place I stayed on my Italy trip. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, helpful staff"

"It is a room with a shared common room for breakfast. The staff was very nice. The room clean and comfortable. There is noise coming for the street and we were at the beginning of the week. "I can’t say enough good things about this property and staff. 10/10. We wish we could have extended our stay. The views are breathtaking. I recommend the wine tasting with Juditta. Amazing experience all around."

"Room was very clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast included was across the street in a café (not described as such when booking). When booking, it was listed as having laundry facilities. This is NOT the case. Plan to find a public laundry mat. Had difficulty cooling the room down."
