"My stay at The Mercantile was extraordinary! The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive to my requests! For example, I had some flowers set up in my room and they set up a quick solution to accommodate with a vase. My room was clean and perfect for a 3 night stay. Additionally, the location and convenience cannot be understated. I will be staying here again and every time when visiting Dublin. "The room was clean enough but really needed a good dusting. There were some stains on the comforter. The staff wasn’t super friendly but were ok. For the price you pay I just feel like it’s not really worth it. I was aware that the room would be very small but I wish it had at least a mini fridge. All staff were professional, very helpful (sought ways to assist rather than waiting to be asked), and knowledgeable about their duties. rooms in this property are designed to be controlled by a tabet (lights (there are also switches for most lights), tv, temerature, etc. Rooms have a space saving layout - a small rectangle. The kingsize bead is at the end of the short room and fits wall to wall against the back wall where the window is. ...

"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"The bathroom smelled bad when we checked in and there was no vent or exhaust fan so we told the front desk staff and manager but they were nonchalant about it and didn’t say they’d fix it.
