"The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

"Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. "We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London.
