"All excellent"

"This is our second stay in this room, The Foundry, at Tower House. We loved the OLDNESS of this 16th century building in the heart of Oxford, nestled in among all the colleges. The entrance is just a door up two steps from the street, just as though it's a private dwelling, and not a hotel. (Note the steps are a bit steep, so not best for those with mobility issues.) "Basic but very clean, amazing location and quiet. Good value for money."

"Good"

"Our stay was nice, the front desk was very helpful and kind to us. There was also a bus stop right outside the guest house, very convenient location! Would recommend."

"Very well equipped, everything excellent quality. Food wonderful. All good."

"Lovely welcome to this lovely renovated village pub and hotel. Lovely public rooms and our bedroom was cosy, warm and good to be in. Excellent bathroom. Dinner was fine, breakfast was excellent,"

Since glazed windows on street side meant being repeatedly woken throughout night e.g until 3.40am on first night. 2. Woke to discover a crane directly outside window on first day (7am-8am) a one off but no prior warning. 3. No heating in bathroom 4. Shower cubicle passable but not as clean as I would expect a 'superior room. 5. Woken by bin men 5.40am on 2nd day,...
