"Who was contemporary and nicely designed?
The room was extremely hot. No air conditioning 80° plus. I asked them to fix the air conditioner. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about it, and they offered to give me another fan but we already had two fans in the room. I don’t think that room was worth $280. Very disappointing."

"Dirty room that smelt of dog.
Dog hairs on the carpet, skirting boards that looked like they hadn’t been wiped over in months.
The mattress was an old type spring mattress with minimal support, so didn’t have the best nights sleep.
This is the worst Holiday in room I have ever stayed in."

"We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were nice but a little on the smaller side for a double. All the rooms had slightly different arrangement. Two of the rooms had a shower in the bath and for some reason one of the rooms baths didn’t drain well, we informed the hotel but they were unable to sort the problem during the stay.
We had a birthday celebration and eat in the hotel. Some of the food was excellent however it was not consistent across the meal. The tuna tartar was poor, 5 of us had...
