Khách sạn gần Công viên Regent tại Luân Đôn

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"Sehr gut gelegen, freundliches Personal"

"A very unique experience, like saying in someone’s brownstone. Front desk staff lovely, helped us change our rooms upon arrival as we were in lower basement floor and not happy. Night bartender however was sort of rude and not helpful. Fireplace in lobby was lit and cozy for our arrival, but we never saw it lit again for the 3 days we stayed there. Breakfast could have been a tad better, since they had a chef and a kitchen. Plates from kitchen good, but buffet bakery items, were not great....

From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. "The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant . Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment. Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"Lovley"

"There were lapses in changing linens, leaving water, replacing tea bags, milk and biscuits. Overall the stay was good. Will stay again."
