"Great location - 2.5 blocks to Great Portland Tube Station. Close to Tesco Express for breakfast. Located on a quiet street and close to pubs and restaurants. Room a little on small side, but that's London. Very clean room. Nice bathroom, hot water. Would stay here again. Note: if taking the Bakerloo line south, walk to Regent Park Tube Station instead of taking Circle Line to Baker St. Tube Station from Great Portland St. Its faster."

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t beat the location, very walkable to many different attractions or to the underground station, for anything a little further out. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel itself was really nice and modern, but for some I would suggest a little too modern. The online check in is clever but it does mean that you don’t speak with staff and get a full understanding of how things work. Just things such as the lift was a little confusing the fact it had no buttons, I hadn’t a clue about food times or breakfast so I just ordered room service. The other thing to mention was the room I was assigned wasn’t really what I bought but I was too tired at the time to query. I booked a room with a sofa and there was none, instead was an extra single bed in there which I never like when you’re staying as a couple it looks too busy, It’s not a major thing but just something worth mentioning."

"Staff were phenomenal despite having issues with a faulty bed, moved us rooms with an upgrade and bought me flowers and a gift to apologise. After our wedding they left a special dessert in the room and on leaving personally addressed us. As well as this they allowed me to park my car on the forecourt. Exceptional x"

"The breakfast was excellent, full of variety and high quality in a lovely setting. The room we received was upgraded to executive for a small fee and was brilliant, with nice little touches in the free minibar. The executive lounge was a nice space for a quiet glass of wine before we went out to the show, although the food catering was limited to fruit, 2 basic hot options and one type of cake. We were not looking to rely o this as a formal meal and so the lounge was nice. Staff were friendly and systems were robust, plenty of facilities available if we needed them. A two minute walk from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the Tube!"

"Thin walls can hear talking in room next door. Also if at back of hotel restaurant in lane which got quiet about 10:30/11pm "

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."
