"We loved everything about this hotel. It is very well situated — close to the Baker Street tube station, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It felt very cozy, and a pleasure to return to each evening. The hotel restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and for a convenient dinner, with a knowledgeable sommelier and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, with lots of cupboard space. We will return!"

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"Perfect and delightful for a solo female traveler. Great location near to cafes and restaurants; welcoming and helpful staff; delicious breakfast and cute lobbybar. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the in room coffee option and treats, and having air conditioning was especially welcome as I visited during the May heat wave. Would definitely stay again."

We were delighted that the hotel had the service of checking in before 10 and being able to leave our baggage and it being in our hotel room on our return from the cricket. The room I was allocated only had a 4’6 bed but fortunately I was not sharing.
