"A very unique experience, like saying in someone’s brownstone. Front desk staff lovely, helped us change our rooms upon arrival as we were in lower basement floor and not happy. Night bartender however was sort of rude and not helpful.
Fireplace in lobby was lit and cozy for our arrival, but we never saw it lit again for the 3 days we stayed there.
Breakfast could have been a tad better, since they had a chef and a kitchen. Plates from kitchen good, but buffet bakery items, were not great....

"For some reason they put us in a handicap room and the bathroom was big but dark and like a huge cement room . They need more lighting for the rooms as it was dark and hard to do makeup. They don’t have any way to communicate with the staff from the room so that was quite inconvenient as the hair dryer kept over heating but there was no way to ask for a replacement unless I go physically down. Overall it was not the best choice as a hotel for us ."
