will not stay here again, staff was not helpful in answering a lot of questions, no compensation, rooms were not as expected. List goes on. Big parties get priority over other regular folk. They also charge you for checking in. Only hotel to do this and charge a resort fee.

Plaza Resort Club
This hotel was a pleasant surprise, it looked very dated when we arrive but the room was very clean, clean bedding, towels and the view from my 15th floor room was EVERYTHING!. I will be staying here again. Thank you to the staff for a great experience at Plaza Resort Club.

Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered ...
