"We think your chef and kitchen staff are brilliant. We had 4 delicious evening meals while we stayed. The menu was varied and we enjoyed each dish that we tried and it had all been freshly cooked for us. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had all we needed. Our breakfasts were delicious too, with plenty of choice. All superb!"

"We had a lovely stay and loved the easy check-in and ipad room controls. Didn’t eat in the Hotel, and had to take our own kettle so that we had tea in our room. Great room design and use of space. The view wss AMAZING ! Will definitely come back...with our kettle. : ))))"

"It was a spacious room with a really comfy bed. The proximity to the South Terminal (and shuttle to North Terminal) makes it an ideal overnight stay for when one needs to be at the airport for an early flight. "

"I especially like the top floor pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. The location was fantastic and the facilities onsite. The manager gave me a tour of the building and was impressed with the cinema, golf simulator & work spaces. A real community as a co living space."

"Great location, easy change from Clapham and free shuttle to Hotel. Only downside was that, myself and another customer I chatted with, we both didn’t realise that it was possible to access the hotel through the terminal building. We thought you had to walk all the way around the road with your luggage -so it would’ve been better had that been clearer, but otherwise can’t fault it. Straight out the door into the Terminal building!"
