Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites
The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is that we were on the ground floor and were woken up several times during the night due to noise above. The soundproofing is seriously lacking.

Hampton Inn Rochester-Greece
courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name ...
