The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

Holiday Inn Express Rochester NE- Irondequoit by IHG
Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off.

The hotel was pretty clean and modern. I would have rated it higher except for a couple of reasons. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the blind on the first night.
