It’s comfortable and clean! Small but nice little touches. All the sights were a 15-20 minute walk except the Vatican. There’s a breakfast place just downstairs. Convenient location. I’d book it again.

The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is superb just a little bit louder than I’m used to, but with the window shut it is OK. I would recommend asking for a fan for a background noise lots of television to choose from as well in the evenings.

Great location, lovely room. We received many messages from the staff regarding exact times for checking in and leaving, which added pressure as we were travelling via trains and didn’t have exact times. Probably won’t stay again.

We arrived a little past the check-in window due to a delayed flight and the staff were wonderful about staying a little longer and making sure we were taken care of. The room was beautiful and spacious. The recommendations for restaurants were very helpful, especially the first night when we were jet lagged and overwhelmed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic room. Excellent care by manager, helped us get a cab for our departure. Hotel was located just where I wanted in Rome. Complimentary Prosecco and champagne and snacks. Room was clean and well kept. Unique decor, very modern. Room was much larger that we expected. Spa tub was wonderful!

This property was in the perfect area, right in the middle of everything. The keys to the hotel and the rooms are all on your phone, and the multiple steps to get into our room made it feel really safe. The staff were all super lovely and incredibly helpful!

This is a very cute boutique hotel in a very walkable and safe area in Rome. The room is very well equipped and clean. The bathroom is new and very well decorated. The staff is friendly and contact you previously via WhatsApp with instructions. They can send you a driver to pick you up at the airport. Definitely recommend.

A hidden Gem Behind a Rough First Impression

Our European spring break getaway started off a bit sketchy. Walking into the building during the chaos of rush hour traffic didn’t give off the best first impression. The entrance looked questionable, and the elevator seemed like it was under construction—though to our surprise, it worked perfectly fine. Still, we opted to take the stairs. We arrived just after 2 PM, which was the stated check-in time on the website. After ringing the doorbell with no response and struggling with poor cell reception, we found ourselves pacing between the stairs trying to get in touch with someone. Eventually, a man answered and told us someone would be there around 2:30 PM. Thankfully, once the young lady arrived, things turned around quickly. She had excellent customer service and personally walked us up to our suite, showing us how everything worked. Now, the suite was a total game-changer. It was nothing like the building’s exterior. Spacious, modern, and spotless—with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and even champagne. It truly felt like a luxury stay tucked inside an unassuming building. One small hiccup for us was the heavy reliance on an app (mainly WhatsApp) for access to everything—from the building entrance to the suite itself. We didn’t have WhatsApp and weren’t willing to download it, but the staff kindly provided us with an email alternative, which helped a lot. All in all, once inside, we loved the suite and really enjoyed our stay. I would book again!

I wasn’t sure how this was going to pan out when I found out there was no hotel front desk but I received communication and had someone there to greet us upon arrival and show us how to use the electronic door opening system, staff were friendly, communicated everything we needed well, the room was cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels provided, also we were Informed of local cafes/restaurants to use and had a number to message if we needed anything else. Was perfect for a short trip away.
