Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. From the time of booking until the time we checked out. They always were willing ti help or answer questions. The hotel is not the nicest in Rome, but you can tell they care about their facility and their patrons. The rooms are small, but that is common in Europe. There was plenty of storage for clothing. We stayed 10 days and had ample room for clothing. The beds were average, not too hard, not tok soft. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. The location is unbeatable. You're about a 5 minute walk from the main road in Trestevere, where most of the best food and night life is located. 8 minutes from Largo Argentina and right near the heart of the Jewish Ghetto. We purchased the 7 day bus pass and we were able to hop on easily with usually less that a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. If we return to Rome, I would stay here again!
