1. The "hotel" is on the 6th Floor of the Hotel and only accessible via a small, rickety, two person elevator. As we were three people with 3 pieces of luggage, it took us multiple trips to access the 6th floor.
2. During our stay the elevator was stuck between floors forcing us to climb the 6th stories. The hotel is in a shared building (residential, office, and hotels) which is serviced by only one small elevator. **** If any service outtages occur when the staff is not on site, then you will lose valuable vacation time in contacting them and having the issue rectified.
3. The location of the "hotel" was in was in a quiet commercial/residental neighborhood without many restauranat options.
4. While the "hotel" was close to Vactican City, it was not close to the historic sections of Rome. The nearest Metro station was not convenient either (it was a 15 minute walk).
5. The value for what we paid for the stay was just not there as the room was tight for 3 people and the amenities were very sparse. We had to ask the staff for additional towels, though the room was setup for 3 people but only two sets of towels were supplied. There was only enough space for one suitacse in the built in luggage rack.
6. We had a very early check out and there was no staff member available to check us out.
>>>> Overall, do not stay at this hotel unless you are willing to put up with these major issues including the hike up six floors (when the elevator is out of service).
