"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free.
