"This hotel was the worst place I have stepped into in my entire life. Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."
