"We stayed at Newbury Park Premier Inn for a couple of nights in the recent heatwave. When we checked in was met with a cold bottle of water each, which was really appreciated. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Ate one evening and couldn't fault it. Stayed in a Super Room which was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again and would recommend it as it's very close to the train station for getting to Stratford."

"So it took me about 20 minutes to get into the property because they don’t have staff in on a Sunday- the intercom doesn’t then allow entry into the building. After a long wait and conversation that basically made me feel like an inconvenience for staying there- eventually I get into the building and at this point I have a surprise pre-authorisation to do of £70 where I have to read my card details to a lady who clearly has random people in the room with her- not thrilled about that. "Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels....
