"Fab location, easy access by bus to Brighton centre. Lots of restaurants around on the Boardwalk plus restaurant and bar inside the hotel, so everything is there plus an Asda opposite the marina. Love the deco inside the hotel and lovely rooms!! I would book again! Free parking in the multistorey car park outside the hotel on level 6 so that is a bonus! The view in the breakfast room is amazing especially on a sunny day!!"

"Very clean room, great temperature already set, comfortable bed, plenty of room, nice touch with the teapot and cups and sauces for tea. Staff were very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast, she had a huge smile on her face and really made me feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous grounds around the hotel, ample parking space. All in all, excellent. Will definitely stay again "

"Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "

"The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet and the room had all amenities that we needed. We had dinner in Pantiles and the location was superb with the walk only taking approximately 10 minutes. Breakfast was tasty and the staff attentive."
