"Good property and great breakfast for a stay close to Heathrow. But the hotel does need to look at the air con in the room. 27 degrees all night and no way to control it within the room. When I told the duty receptionist about this he just shrugged that I should have called reception and maintenance at 1:00 in the morning!!!! Not good enough. However all restaurant and bar staff were highly attentive and courteous."

"The entire hotel was decorated for Halloween which in the bedroom we personally found a cause of anxiety as like sleeping in a nightmare setting of a murder scene. We totally understand the Halloween theme in the bar area but it’s way too much in the bedrooms as meant to be your own relaxing personal space!"

"Pros: Check in and restaurant staff were excellent. This is a fair priced hotel within walking distance to Windsor Castle. Food in the restaurant was good although service was a little slow. Not many other restaurant options in the area. Breakfast buffet was good and well staffed.
Cons: hotel is near Legoland and a lot of families with young children stay here. There is a foosball table in the restaurant and it is quite loud with kids playing in the evening when you’re trying to enjoy your...
