"This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons....

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. "We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish. "Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. "

"zum Vergleich zu einem anderen 4* Hotel in Alcudia (wo ich 1 Tag zuvor noch war), würde ich dieses mit gut bewerten. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar (waren aber auch sehr wenig Gäste). Hotel in einer Seitenstraße und war recht ruhig. Bushaltestelle 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt und mit Bus 30 min. bis nach Palma. 3 min. zu Fuß zum Strand."

"Overall not a bad experience very close to the beach and good access to buses. Room was clean. And quiet no noice from other rooms but was a bit noisy from outside. The AC did not do anything. Room was okay. Would have expected a kettle in the room. They don’t have double beds so not really comfortable. Beds move around a lot would have expected them to be at least tied together or something so they don’t keep sliding around. Pretty sure they gave us the same towels on the second day. "

"Tuvimos una estancia perfecta en este hotel en Mallorca. La vista es simplemente espectacular, una de las mejores que hemos disfrutado. Despertar cada día con ese paisaje fue una experiencia inolvidable. Todo estuvo excelente: la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación y la atención del personal. "Water system broke down.It was fixed however later on the tap water smelled and tasted weird I could not drink it.The room was next to some sort of ventilation machine, It was noisy throughout"

"Die Anlage liegt ca. 500 m vom Strand weg und damit sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sowohl an der Reception als auch beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Die Suite, die wir gebucht hatten, war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist mit zwei Außenpools, einem Dachpool und einem Hallenbad sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Buffet am Abend im Restaurant ist sehr gut und vielseitig."
