"The room was super spacious and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean with updated amenities. Its a shared space; but each room has its own keypad and locks and does feel private. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station, and there are so many great places to eat and drink within walking distance. We absolutely fell in love with the area, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were super kind and helpful, and always responded quickly. "

"The Aparthotel Colombo Roma. This was a little further out of the city than I had thought, and not the easiest of things to find. On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming. Staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was between 7-10 each day i never used this as i was out early. "Continental breakfast really good. Staff lovely. Property tired and dated but clean. 30 minute walk to Colosseum. 5 min walk to buses which now do tap and go with contactless card. We used google maps to help navigate and had a great weekend. "

"Simple yet good experience here. Location has some walkable amenities but we did have to take a metro to the center of the city. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious despite being only 5$, this gets you some good protein options, pastries produce juice and coffee . Staff is super kind and accommodating. "

"Petit hôtel dans un quartier plutôt excentré du cœur de la ville, mais près du métro (5min) ou de la ligne de train pour se rendre vers l’aéroport (7min de marche). Rome étant bien desservie en transport en commun, tout se fait bien pour les déplacements. Personnel A1, chambre a été faite à tous les jours. Le personnel au déjeuner très attentionné. Sebastian à la réception accueillant. Chambre assez petite, mais fonctionnelle et tout y est (sauf peut-être fer à repasser si requis ). "

"First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...
