"Nothing good to say"

"This is easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had three rooms and none of them had working AC, we booked king beds suites and all the rooms had twin beds pushed together. The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge. On top of this, the design of the rooms is extremely backwards, there’s no space in the room, the bathroom has a weird skinny shape, the shower room opened against the door and could barely move inside the shower. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and modern, air-conditioning was nice. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient and the restaurant in the hotel made delicious food 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"The reception staff weren't overly friendly. Also I booked a table at the restaurant months ago for 5pm (I have a little one who normally eats at 4.30pm) to be told the restaurant doesn't even open until 5.30pm and they didn't have my booking. But we did get a table at 5.30. The food was poor, as was the service. The actual hotel room was fine. I thought the bathroom was grubby but it was actually just ring marks and staining in the bathroom. The pillows were way too soft and pushed down flat...

"The swim area was excellent, the service was excellent in the bar and restaurant areas. The rooms are very very outdated. The bathroom was not clean. We stayed for two nights and the first day we went out we returned to our room not being maid services we were told we had to request it and there is no one to clean our room now. This was not said to us on check in so we weren’t to know we had to request it. I spent about 30mins to clean the room for my family on the second night whilst my husband...
