The hotel sits on a small lovely town square— you have the feeling of staying in a small village with world-class service. The Valley of the Kings is 15 mins away and the hotel staff, unfailingly polite and helpful, made sure we knew how to get there. Thanks for a great stay. "

The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. We had family where we would eat...
