"This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. "The hotel is new and in good condition, but the amenities are quite basic. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small for two people with no space to leave a big luggage open, making the stay uncomfortable. The the room can feel warm at times due to the air conditioner. Unfortunately, because of the overall lack of comfort, I would not stay here again."

"Everything was great considering it was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. The check in could’ve been a lot smoother - didn’t get the link to upload documents until I got to the property, but the contact person was very helpful and we were able to get in."
