Very kind and helpful staff. Kudos to the bellman Ali. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and lobby very pleasing. Lots of staff at the desk so did not have to wait in line to check in or check out. The hotel is in a beautiful area of Washington and close enough to walk to all the sites.

The staff was not professional at all elevator went down and guest were not notified.
