"Good breakfast "

"The staff at the hotel front desk were very friendly. However, the shared bathroom/shower was not clean most of the time and not well designed. The bedroom was ok although a bit depressing. The common areas were clean and comfortable. "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend...

"This hotel is amazing! From the beautiful reception area, fabulous staff, to the lovely bar and our unexpected room. We were graciously upgraded to the penthouse and it did not disappoint. Huge room layout, lots of amenities, and to top it all off, an incredible outdoor patio. The hotel is also located in a lively and central area. We could not have been happier with our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and plan to visit again soon. "

"Nice hotel in a great area, but our room smelled like raw sewage. They applied enzymes in the drains, so it seems it is not a new issue. Did not work. Room should never have been given to a customer. Reception did not do anything to help beyond the enzymes which worked for an hour or two and then the stench came back. Never going back"

"This is the bes kept secret in Madrid. The hotel is at another level, located in the best area of the City, with impeccable staff, fantastic bar and even the towels are amazing. This will be our goto every time we visit. Congrats!"

"The room was small & smelled musty. The AC did not work so we opened the balcony door in order to let some cool air in to sleep. The noise from the street was loud so eventually we shut the door & slept well after that. No wash cloths were provided (they were at the H10 in Barcelona). The lobby & breakfast area restrooms were out of toilet paper on two occasions. Staff was helpful & friendly but did not take my credit card at check-in so we were not able to charge to our room at the bar which...

"My issue was that it was mid 80’s and when I asked why the AC didn’t work they claim that they can’t control it and it was set for heat only.that they change it to AC around the end of May or June. They told me to open the doors. I paid extra for a balcony room. The big issue is that you’re on a street that is super busy all night long. You can’t sleep with all the road noise and it was too hot to close the doors. We didn’t get a goodnight sleep. It was an awful stay. Also you couldn’t even...
