"Stayed over armistice weekend. Amazing service and room was spotlessly clean. Compact and bijou and everything I needed for a west end stay. Room overlooking main thoroughfare to Leicester Square was very quiet. Corridors were dark and atmospheric and availability of breakfast was an added bonus at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be booking a Z hotel again. Thank you."

"As a solo female traveler, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was centrally located in the theater district and an easy walk to all of my shows. The rooms are tiny, but I was by myself so I really didn’t need space. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. I got a windowless room and slept like a rock in the complete darkness. If you’re looking for a place to stay in central London as an individual or couple, this is the place for you. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they held my bags for me while I explored the city before check-in. "

"Excellently appointed room making surprisingly good use of a small space. So well designed that it felt reasonably roomy, not cramped at all. The staff were so kind and either naturally excellent in their crafts or had attended may customer service courses. A wonderful stay. "

"Staff welcoming always hospitable, I’ve now stayed at the convent garden , and today soho where Assan was awesome ! Made me an amazing Cappuccino also which is hard to do for me being a kind of passionate love of cappuccinos. Rooms clean and immaculate. Quirky at the soho but I’m told it’s old. Negatives tiny doubles do two people nope get an apartment if you at soho. My room literally like the M25 at late night foot traffic’ above me and mornings at 6.45aam so I guess if you not on the top floor that’s somthing hon may want to note. Overall I would recommend for the solo traveler. For location and convenience can’t get better fro budget stays On the negative "
