Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! "

"Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."
