"I had to wait in reception for 10 minutes before I was seen to. No staff in reception on my return at 7.45pm. In the morning the shower took about 6 mins to warm up. Tv didn’t have any standard channels, just yesterday, shopping and a few others. No one in reception when I left at 10.30am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre stay."

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...
