"The room smell very smoky the pillows smell smoky the hallways smell like mildew. The staff at the front desk was rude and was not confident in their job on providing the information for parking. There is a $250 deposit and for parking if you are still parking is five dollars every hour which is ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel again and I definitely would not recommend"

"Great stay with one minor drawback Excellent location and a beautiful view from the bedroom! The only downside was the mattress, which sank in the middle and wasn't very comfortable. If they replace the bed, I’d highly recommend this hotel. They have umbrellas and chairs to go to the beach which it is very close walking distance."

"I would not call this a luxury resort for its price. The pool is very small and everybody is always fighting for a chair. The add-on prices for everything are insane. You pay for literally everything that you thought you already paid for when you pay thousands for your stay. You will get charged for your breakfast you will get charged for the parking you will get charged for all of it so be prepared! The elevators are the worst part of the hotel. People were very upset. "Resort was preparing for a large company buyout of entire resort on the weekend after my stay. However my stay was impacted by large equipment, putting up signage, moving furniture and bringing new furniture and setups with tons of workers crawling around, pools shutdown 2 days of my stay-- the bottom pool had no seats as they were setting up a stage for this event.
