I explained that there must be a mistake as I had no such occasion, but the staff member handed me the gift anyway and proceeded to call another colleague to verify the situation—all while leaving my door wide open. "Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "

"Beautifully appointed and designed hotel. Spacious room and great bathroom.Plenty of fast lifts. Near shopping malls and easy to get buses to other destinations. Courtesy taxi only travelled up to 1.5 km so wasn’t much use really. Generally staff lovely special mention to Aileen, Angel, Lynda and Saga!"
