"This apartment is located in a lovely area of Mansfield. From the moment we booked this place we have had great communication with the company. "Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all fresh even though we were a late comer to breakfast fresh breakfast was brought out right away. Overall happy with our stay. Rooms could do with updating and bathrooms to made not to leak water from the very powerful shower but for a quick one stop shop we couldn’t fault and would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for being very helpful and friendly specially having two excited children."
