"This hotel is in the heart of everything. Restaurant from Benihana's to Chipotle. Shopping centers are also at a large variety. This hotel does offee breakfast, eats sausages/ham, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juice. I came from out of town and did a staycation with my mom and she enjoyed herself. She raved about the comfortableness of the bed and the breakfast she love everything about it. Staff was attentive and extremely polite. Requested towels and was taken care of immediately. I felt valued...

"Bad smell in the room We booked a room for a high level, it was raining that day and we came back to the room with a leak in the wasgroom ceiling from the rain. They changed the room for us for a lower level. This was very inconvenient with have to move all of our stuff with 3 children. It rains and snows quite a bit in this area, this issue should not happen I can tell from the smell in the room. "Everything was fine, but the temp control in room 627 is wonky. It blows out nice, warm air, and then it inexplicably starts blowing out cold air. If we turned it off and then back on, it would reset and start blowing warm again. It would always revert to blowing out cold air, though. We woke up a couple times freezing bc the heater decided to become an AC unit. "

"This hotel had more of a resort feel to it. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were extremely nice. There is also a friendly restaurant next to the lobby. The attached banquet hall and conference center look inviting. The hotel staff, including Leticia at the front desk, were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is near main expressways, shopping and dining. I plan on staying here again."

"First reaction entering the room after a 13-hour drive was a stale smell. We got a suite, which really wasn't any bigger than the single rooms we've gotten at other hotels. The refrigerator didn't get cold; we were told that it is only supposed to be a cooler, not a refrigerator. Night staff didn't seem to be particularly happy to be there. Two towels in the room for four people; however, the next day maids were great and got us towels, washcloths, and tp. The strangest room layout I've ever...
