"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"Very little amenities. Linen towels and just overall furniture needs attention. Had trouble in check in about rooms available. Then received one that had no been cleaned smelled like urine and cigarettes. Honestly would never stay here again. "

"First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees."

"First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb. Breakfast was included and it was fine, Protein choices were good and it was well stocked. One complaint. I specifically searched for a hotel with kitchenette and a pool. I wasn't looking to do laps, but wanted to continue my rehab from recent joint replacement surgery, and was REALLY disappointed when we arrived and found the pool was under construction. "Casino seems to be more out dated compared to other casinos near by. Lots of smoke and dim lighting. "

"As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. "

"The experience started great with an early check in. My travel partner and I dropped our things off and went to run errands. When we returned to our room, the door was open, all the sheets stripped and our items no where to be seen. We rushed to the front where they discovered they had mistook us for another guest that was not allowed to be there and they shared they thought our room was theirs and had to remove their things. They gave us our things back and apologized, but it took over 3 hours...

"Cozy and quaint inn that gave you a historical vibe. Secluded courtyard pool to enjoy a respite from walking the city. The inn is very accessible to many areas of interest and an easy walk for some tasty food. I highly recommend this stay. "

"No desk anywhere in king size deluxe room. Nor was there a microwave of any kind and the refrigerator was only about 2 feet tall"
