"The room was fresh and clean. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. We stayed cool in out room and the morning breakfast was very good. Thank you Riverside Hotel."

"Our room had mold on the window and on the blinds. It was on the inside of the blinds and outside. There was also a terrible musky wet smell in the room. The ceiling & headboards to the beds appeared to have a mildew/mold. I addressed it with the manager that didn’t seem to be surprised by it. Not my first visit to this hotel stayed a few years ago didn’t notice these issues but will be my last."

"The hotel is nice , room was excellent, they need to improve. A few things, like no hangers in the closet. And breakfast only waffles,, cereals , and apple juice . Is a good idea to improve the breakfast."

"Room was dark, bugs flowing out of the sink. Carpet was moist, ceiling has very noticeable mold. Didn't feel safe (search up reviews on other websites). I couldn't stay a night and i was able to get a refund. The lady at front desk was really nice about it."

"Night person was arrogant, Rooms smelled and were dirty. Spiders hanging from ceiling in room and bugs behind the bathroom door on the floor bathroom sink ran all night in off position"

"First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees."

"Breakfast isnt free but plenty of places to eat nearby and at the casino that you can walk to. Clean, comfortable beds walk to casino out back. Nice cool casino environment. Would stay again. Great staff "

"I asked for extra pillows but did not receive them. Room was cleaned very well especially the floor. I forgot my slippers and was afraid I would have dirt on my socks, nope they stayed white. Big Bonus!!!! Staff was friendly"

"As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. "
