It was clean but zero amenities, NO phones, coffee maker, mini fridge, robes, slippers, bell men to help with bags no clock in room, no wake-up calls,no room service. They messed up my reservation , we went out for the day got back and they took my things including what is in the safe stuffed into my luggage and stored it. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Super close to the tube and was exactly what I needed for a solo 24 hours in London. Would stay here again!"

Das englische Frühstück muss man mögen, wir tun das definitiv nicht. Dennoch war alles frisch und wir sind satt geworden. Eine U-Bahn Station ist dir vor der Tür sowie eine Busstation. Mit beiden kommt man in ca.30 Minuten zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"
