"Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay."

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"I needed a reasonably-priced room to crash in after an overnight flight and this fit the bill perfectly. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. I would not want to share the room with another person but it was just right for one. Staff were helpful and friendly. Properly easily accessed from airport via subway. Neighborhood nice and quiet, shops and restaurants within walking distance."

"Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying."
