"This is a decent place for an overnight stay- however the one thing to bear in mind is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. I stayed on the hottest day of the year and quite honestly the rooms were like saunas--literally. it was unbearably hot. I had some cheese and chocolate with me and by morning it was all melted to mush, it was that warm. So just be aware this is an issue here if its warm outside"

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"Our second visit and we would be happy to stay again. Set in a lovely olde worlde part of Shepperton it is a nice quiet location very close to the river. Lovely bar area and restaurant with an out door area to sit and watch the river life. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, water pressure for the shower was a bit low but adequate. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay."

"Room was nice, I didn’t have a child with me but the lion king books & cuddly toy on the kids bunk beds were cute. Hotel was nice, breakfast was fine for being included, with coffee, although coffee art needs work. Although the room was nice, the room we stayed in 101, was slightly disappointed with the fact I had a walkin washroom and not a bath, and the fact that the staff all hang around by the fire exist about 10 steps from the room and have zero respect for the room. "Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"Really enjoyed our stay! There was a great restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. The room was very clean and had updated features. We also took advantage of a shuttle that took us to the airport at a cost. We’d definitely stay there again."
