"Exceedingly convenient location for overnight stay between flights! Lovely view from 14 floor lounge"

"We were there a very short time for a layover. The hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately, it took us 46 minutes to locate the hotel once exiting the plane and we were in the same terminal. We asked 5 different airport employees. There are NO signs directing you to the hotel. Very poor planning and extremely frustrating when you’ve just traveled a long distance."

"Everything was fine but SMALL. Me and my 2 suitcases took up almost all floor space. Strict orders not to shower with bathroom door open or it triggers fire alarm!! Still Figuring that one out. But location for my morning flight was key. I’d probably stay there again"

"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The bed is a bit stiff, and the shower was messy with only a partial, moveable glass divider to try to keep the water in the tub, but the water still got everywhere. But the location is definitely convenient for flying out of Heathrow. "

"This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel."

"Always love staying here ! The accommodation is beautifully presented and maintained and the staff and food just excellent . Just wish there were steam room and SPA facilities available other than the treatments . Also super convenient for Heathrow without being a run of the mill airport hotel "

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and professional. Self parking is available in the property with with fees. LHR Airport is very near and accessible to shopping is convenient. "

"The hotel and the room it self were very nice. The only thing we did like was that we opted to select this hotel because it say it had a shuttle to the airport and breakfast. Yes they do but at a cost of $9.50 US dollar per person. Also it did have breakfast but also at an additional cost of $22.75 US dollar per person. I wouldn’t have selected this hotel if it was clear that it did not include these “amenities” in their cost. "
