"They were awesome as always. If anything they were way more awesome than usual. Diego was kind to me and gave me some snacks on the house. This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! Really made my night. Thank you. Will book again!!!"

"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"The property was very pretty & well maintained. I wish there were formal walking paths around the property to get on. I kinda made my own. I did have an issue with one of the charges to my room & the staff was super helpful to get that taken care of for me. I will definitely stay there again!"

"So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice"

"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

"My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to"

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

"everything is ok, except there was no hair dryer on the room. no one work in the front desk after 10 pm. when i took a shower and found that there was no hair dryer on the room and i had to keep the wet hair to sleep"
