"This was a lovely SUMMER trip to KC to see our son who’s doing an engineering internship. It was 5 days of great food, pool time and friendly staff. Great location for entertainment and walking to any event you’d like. Had an issue with HOT water and they were so KIND to move us to a new room and it felt like an upgrade for sure. Daily cleaning and touch up of our room was so so nice! We will return! Lots of people celebrating engagement parties, bridal showers and birthdays! Special memories...

"Lovely hotel in a very busy area! Friday night brought a lot of …interesting characters. The staff were nice and helpful. We felt welcome and well cared for. The bar and restaurant at the entrance of the hotel were nice and we enjoyed our food and drinks. We stayed in a super cute room too. We will return to Crossroads in the future."

"Overall a great hotel nestled within a beautiful and quiet area. There is a fantastic park within walking distance and plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious. Our shower head may have been broken and only had two sprayer settings, but everything else was very nice. Overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The tv allowed for casting which was a nice touch. Onsite coffee/dining options were fantastic!"
