Khách sạn Stoke

"Great pool and treatment area. Room was clean. Parking was good. Location was great as a base."

"Excellent as usual"

"The wifi is terrible and I had to move rooms so I could get a signal which was still on 1 bar. The hotel is in a blind spot for EE also so my phone signal was non existent."

"Great experience, great stuff"

"Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing. Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...

"Good room, very nice breakfast, helpful staff"

"Had a very nice stay. Room and bathroom were very clean and breakfast was lovely. Great variety! Also ate in the bar the first evening and the tempura fish was very tasty. Very peaceful sleep in the Peartree Mews room. Hotel grounds and gardens are so nice with the view across fields. Staff were very friendly too Would definitely stay again."

"Most pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Relaxing bar area."

"On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"

"Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...

"Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover."
