"I like that it's clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. The included breakfast it a great addition also. Wish there was a coffee pot in room but can get a good cup downstairs. How do you get on the rewards program as we have stayed there several times?"

"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"They allowed someone to take my truck from the valet without verification which left me stranded in another state, having to ire a driver to get home safely. The special summer deal was not part of the deal I purchased when I was under the impression it was, additionally the resort fees were an additional charge when it was said they were included. This whole thing was a rip off and completely unsafe and unprofessional."

"Very efficient with what we needed. Parking was close to the elevator and getting to the pool and workout room was so easy. We loved the fitness center!!! Amazing hotel!"

"Amazing space. Booking via Expedia caused an issue with my room as they sold a Wynn room within the Encore by Wynn page - quite misleading! Encore also didn’t recognise the room included breakfast and a beverage credit and I had to argue at checkout. Quite a lot of unpleasant friction that could be avoided."

The only problem i ran into is one of the days the elevator was not working for my tower and needed to contact front desk to have someone access the freight elevator to move people. Its not their fault, they did their best. Over all the stay was nice. It is on the monorail which is very convenient."

"There’s also no smoking and vaping signs all over. This sin city! Staff was great but I’d stick with the strip if you’re not enjoying a concert. The breakfast is basic for Vegas!"
