Clean room and lobby but not in a great location. Lots of homeless roaming near parking lot amd surrounding streets. Pool area was meh.

Staff refused to let my husband check in even though his name was the one on the credit card the reservation was booked with. The manager stated it’s a safety issue but if it was such a safety issue wouldn’t you call the number on the reservation?
