"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. "I stayed in a superior single. It was a great deal and reasonable size for the area. It wasn’t huge but it was definitely reasonable considering the area. The only negative was the there aren’t enough elevators for the size of the property and they aren’t air conditioned. "Quirky property. Spotlessly clean especially considering all the random ornaments etc on display. Excellent breakfast. Air con great and was well used as it was 34° in London when we stayed. Convenient for transport links. Bed comfy. Blackout curtains not so great. Thank goodness I had my eye mask."
