"The room was very comfortable. Location was right across the street from express bus that took you to train station in 5 minutes. Hotel is a short walk from a lovely wooded park and Lake Thun. Hotel is about a half hour walk from the city center if you walk thru the park and along the lake. "

"It’s a delightful place to stay, service is excellent, view to Jungfraujoch is magnificent."

"Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"

"This hotel has so much potential. Location is incredibly close to train station. Breakfast is fabulous and our superior room was comfortable and beautiful! Offered 5 star hotel accessories such as scale, robes, slippers, great hair products,etc. The owner needs to throw away or donate all the antiques that clutter every hallway and corner. It looks like a museum and not appealing at all! "
