"Rooms are clean and are a nice size (compared to some other rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan). They have a desk and chair, a small round dining table with chair, a mini sofa, a coffee maker area with a shelf above it (which we used for the snacks we brought back to the room) and a refrigerator. There is a spacious laundry room (on the 4th floor) with a lounging area to wait for your laundry or to just relax. Staff are eager to assist and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and...

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking...
