"This was a lovely place to stay, beyond the foyer the hotel and rooms are like an oasis. The pool is great and very well maintained. The staff are beyond helpful, the restaurant were very amenable in ensuring our family member had her favourite gluten free dishes available for breakfast. Would highly recommend for families with older children."

"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the room. "

All facilities are available—either included in the booking package or offered for hire. The free breakfast buffet was unforgettable, with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruits for every taste. The only issue was male suana which was not working once I visited"
