"Location is in city center. Overall condition is not a good as I saw on picture. Elevator is not working so we had to carry luggage to our room (staff did say they can help). The carpet in public area is old and has smell. Room is ok but noise isolation is poor. Car park is small and £10 overnight. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good."

She said and I quote "your kids need to wear clothes to breakfast and they will not be allowed tomorrow to have breakfast if they don't wear clothes" to make things clear, my children were wearing onsies and she had an issue with it. "Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for."

"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel.
